I requested an "M" letter on a chain but was sent a "W". This and the fact it took several weeks to arrive (day after Christmas) ruined my gift for my granddaughter.
Also, initially, the company added a second item to my order and only removed it after I sent 2 emails regarding the error.
I want my money back!

I got size 12 for my 2yr old and size 14 for my 6yr old and they fit perfect. Gorgeous necklace and the unicorn has lots of diamonds. Hope it doesn’t lose color.
